Here is the latest mail from Deebach regarding my problems with XMS-Pro:
(Personally I do not think the solution can be found via the serial number; but via OS version...
They still have not mentioned OS).



"Hi Chello,
 
Please be informed that we are working on the problem you have. We now found out that the same problem happens to some other clients as well. But not to all clients.
Can you please give us the serial no of your Pa3"

At least it's good to hear that they are still trying to find a solution for you Chello and in particular that they have been honest enough to inform you that some of their other clients have the same problems.

I hope they can sort out the problems for you soon ;)

This I hope too. :(
If my keyboard`s OS crash now, I will in practice have a useless instrument ... :(

Yes; this requires strong nerves - no keyboard = no life ... :smiley-music037:
So far Deebach`s OS have been more stable than Korg`s own, which is well done. 8)
But you never know ... :smiley-music037:
