Tim Toupet (* 28 October 1971 in Cologne ; bürgerlich: Tim Bibelhausen ) is a German hairdresser and singer . He runs a salon called "Hair Concept" in Pulheim .

The "singing hairdresser" became known - with its own name - with a series of party fights. A chart placement as a singer he reached in August 2005 with the ballermann -Lied You have the hair to which he himself wrote the text.

He stayed on the charts for four weeks and reached 63rd place. In March of that year, Tim Toupet was a member of Big Brother's sixth season for two weeks and left the house on 18 March at his own request.

The popularity of Toupets rose through the fourth season of Germany seeking the superstar , which aired in 2006/2007. He did not appear as a candidate himself, but an applicant named "Johanna" sang the chorus of the song again and again in January 2007 despite the obvious disinterestedness of the jury. The performance was supported by some media in the public.

In 2008 Michaela Schaffrath sang in the jungle camp his song I am a kebab . This took Toupet as an occasion to argue in an interview that he was Michaela Schaffrath's "secret lover" and that she had been in a strong relationship with her since November 2007.

On the next day, Schaffrath stated at the same place that the three-month relationship had already ended, implying that Toupet had exploited its popularity and wanted to advertise it at its own expense.

After a long break, he released his single Ein Diamant on 7 January 2011.

At the beginning of May 2013, Toupet was featured on celebrity women's exchange on RTL II .
