Oliver Haidt (* 19 August 1977 in Graz , bourgeois Walter Wilfinger ) is an Austrian hit singer .

Oliver Haidt grew up in Styria , where his parents had an agricultural business. At the age of eleven he won a singers' competition. After school he learned the profession of retailer . Then he began to compose, to write, and to work in the production of other groups. Among many other titles Oliver Haidt wrote the title "I will leben", which was also sung by DJ Ötzi in 2008.

In 1998, Haidt took part in the only ever competition Grand Prix of the Schlagers and was awarded the title " Ich denk an Rhodos ". This victory was so far the biggest success for him and brought him some performances on various TV shows. His other hit productions could also last several weeks.

In 2002 Haidt took part in the Grand Prix of the Volksmusik with the singer Petra Frey for Austria . Her title seced us also sea reached 11th place.
