Cré Tonnerre is a Belgian music group originally from the province of Luxembourg, created in 1998 and singing mainly sailors ' songs and local songs.

In 16 years of existence Cré Tonnerre has sold 22,500 copies of its 8 albums and made around 550 concerts in Belgium, France, Germany but also in Quebec or Russia.

The musical formation was born in autumn 1998. Four friends decide to form the group whose songs are taken from the traditional Breton , French , Quebecois repertoire ...

In 2011 , after more than 10 years of collaboration and four shows ("Sake the Boys", "Tempete en Mare" (2000-2006), "Radio Pirate" (2006-2008), "C'est ma tourée" -2012)), two of its four members, Manu Moreau and Patrick Haager decide to leave the group.

Cré tonnerre then recruited via auditions 1 three new musicians: Pierre Ughi, Romain Daugny and Cedric Grandhenry. In 2012 they release the song A "P'tit Orval  " illustrated by their first video clip 2 available on YouTube . In 2013 , following the departure of Romain Daugny, Mathieu Menot joined the group for the new tour entitled "Bordées Sauvages".
